Ballot Counting for the June 6th Election has begun.

ELECTION UPDATE: Vote By Mail Results (preliminary as of 8:15 PM): Measure G: Yes:1387 No: 272 Measure L: Yes: 1057 No: 598

Election Day Ballot Counting: 

Vote By Mail ballots will begin to be counted at 7:00 PM. The results of the Vote-by-Mail ballots will not be released until after the close of the polling places at 8:00 PM. All ballot inspections and counting will take place at City Hall, 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside, CA in the Council Chamber.

Meet your Ballot Count and Inspection Board: 

The City of Seaside has chosen to solicit the help of City Clerk's from around the peninsula to conduct the ballot count and canvass on Election night to ensure there is transparency to the process. City Clerks are by California State Code, the Election Officials for their organization.

Ballot Inspection, Processing and Counting are all open to the public and the public is welcome and invited to attend!
